Hobbies
I have an uncanny appreciation of vintage photography - anything from the mid-1800s to the 1920s.  The fashions, the music, the architecture - it all fascinates and intrigues me.

I also love the artwork of
Alberto Vargas.  Think of the pinup art painted on the sides of WWII planes, and you'll remember how his work inspired an entire generation.

I collect what I like in regard to both vintage photographs and Vargas' work, but I wouldn't consider myself a "serious" collector.  Well, not yet, anyway.
I enjoy crocheting, sewing, embroidery (especially counted cross stitch and needlepoint), beadwork, and other Victorian-era crafts.  I adore dollhouse miniatures, and have created miniature furniture and decorations for my (as yet) unfinished Victorian dollhouse.

I've recently discovered digital scrapbooking, and it's become my new crafting obsession.  You can see some of my scrapbooking pages
here

I also collect antique cup and saucer sets.  I'm most interested in the delicate, dainty porcelain sets that are either decorated intricately or are otherwise visually unusual. My collection began when I inherited a few cups and saucers from my paternal grandmother, and I now own more than twenty different sets.
