Sweet reminiscence

Dear remembrance

A call from a past

That wasn’t to last

 

A cast of the dice

Memories won’t suffice

I need a second chance

Another glance

 

Feelings cast aside

Recede with the tide

Another day,

Another way

 

It’s just another morning

Wasted on thinking

Watching the sky’s pinkish hue...
