This is a song about a special place I found around here in Billings. Sort of my very own sacred ground. To many who pass by which isn't very often its just another reserve but to me it offers peace and a place away from city life. If I am not staring into the waters of the river, I am looking at the cliff face across the river. It was here one evening I pulled out a peice of paper and wrote this song in tribute to this place. For to me its a very special place... don't ask me why... it just is...

MYSTIC PARK

There is a place I like to go by the river
A place where the air is all so different
The waters taste sweet and dreams are familiar
A placed where I stand and I count the tears
As the sun goes down and the land grows dark
You cant find me finding comfort in mystic park
The birds sing and you hear stories in the wind
Telling me I'll never know the end or where it begins

(CC1)
become one with the land
find balance in the dark
when I fall lay me down
in Mystic Park

all things change as leaves fall from trees
I will stand there to witness all seasons
I would came sooner if only had I known
That this place I was looking for when I roam
And I look at the cliffs and I laugh out loud
Then listen to the silence kill the sound
For here I know no fear there is no questions here
For this place offers no mystic just simple answers
(repeat cc1)
