Kelly: LUPIN! YOU GET BACK HERE YOU HEAR?!
Lupin: Ha! fat chance Kelly! Catch me if you can! (quickly dissappears in a distance...)
Kelly: Oh no! you're not getting away THAT easy!!!
(Rushes out of room.)
The room is silent for a split moment as Max and grognard looked at each
other. Grognard had a sudden feeling of dread as he saw Max starting to grin widely again.
Grognard: ehh.. Max.. you've getting that LOOK again...
Max: *wide evil grin* Well Grognard, heh heh heh...looks
like it's just you ......and me....Again.
Max: (knocks on cupboard door) Ya know...if you would
rather stay in there Grognard...
Grognard (in a sweet voice): "Max, could you please let me out?"
Max: "W-ell... I dunno... what's in it for me?"
Grognard (sighs then thinks to himself): "Well, everything has a price."
Max: "Hmmm?"
Grognard: "Alright fine. Ice-cream for an extra week on
top of the 2 months you've already got."
Max: "A week? Well, I'm not sure... You really want to
stay here with Kelly now don't you?"
Grognard (hastily): "Okay okay fine, a month."
Max: "That's more like it. But a kid could get sick even
of ice-cream..."
Grognard: "Right right! Make it burgers then!"
Max: "Seconds included?"
Grognard (low voice): "Yeayeayea..."
Max: "Right then! It's a deal! A month of burgers coupled
with 2 more of ice-cream! Out you go, Grognard. Eheh!"
Grognard (scrambling out the closet in haste): "MAN kids
nowadays. Talk about havin' a ruddy appetite! *3* months!
I'll be bankrupt..."
Max walks off chuckling and rubbing his hands together.
Grognard: "Now to get out of here..."
