Your Rapture
Your Redemption is a Les Miserables piece of humor that most people tend to love. For those of you that have speakers, or read where my music was from on the Welcoming page, you'll know that I'm an avid fan of the musical. But, this fic is purely from the book. In actuality, Javert didn't start to contemplate there being a God until just breifly before he died. You're probably thinking "God, you're such a wind bag! Who cares?" Well, I care, and trust me, in the fic, this will come up.
Your Redemption starts off right after Javert's death. Unsure what to do with him, God reincarnates him. But our poor chief inspector's troubles soar when he realizes he's been reincarnated into a dog in 2004! Now he's got to learn to love his fellow creation, or be doomed to Hell.
Your Rapture, however, focuses a bit on sentimate. Well, sorta anyway. Javert finds out he's a daddy! Or at least, he would be, if it weren't for the whole "dead," thing. But things get a little messy when he realizes that the only way possible for him to have fathered such a child was when he was a dog on Earth. That leaves him with Angel, the mixed breed mutt he's sired, and now has to act father for. The only problem? He's a ghost! She can't see him!
