*Ikki Tousen = The spirits of ancient warriors continue fighting for peace in this popular anime series. Ancient grievances are causing rifts amoung seven schools whose students are guided by reincarnatioins of the powerful warriors. One new student, Sonsaku, is apparently destined to unite the schools, just as her spirit counterpart united seven countries long ago. But as with all heroes, there's a darker side to her fate. Can she break the chains of destiny?

*Ima, Soko Ni Iru Boku (Now and Then, Here and There) = A boy named Shu meets a girl named Lalaru on the top of smokestacks. Suddenly robot snakes come out of no where to capture the girl. They take her back to their world, and Shu is accidentally brought with them. He gets beaten and interrogated by the military forces, because he lost Lalaru's pendant which holds the power of water which the insane king desperately wants. Shu gets thrown into prison with another girl accidentally brought from Earth named Sara. When the king is finally convinced that Shu doesn't know where the pendant is, Shu is forced to be a soldier with an army of kidnapped children. It's Shu's mission to save Lalaru and Sara and return home.

*Initial D = mostly about boys and their cars, racing.

*Inu-Yasha = InuYasha is about a girl named Kagome in present times who falls into a well and gets transported to feudal Japan. She happens to be the reincarnation of a pristess named Kikyo (sp?) who lived in those times. She died though because of this thing with her lover InuYasha who is half-demon, half-human. A demon named Naraku tricked them into hating eachother, and thus killing eachother. InuYasha was still pinned to a tree though, still alive, since he's a demon. Kagome found him and set him loose. There's a sacred jewel called the "shikon [sp?] jewel" that all demons are after to gain powers. Even a little piece of the jewel makes you more powerful. InuYasha wants it so he can become a full-demon. A bird swallows it, so Kagome has to shoot it with her sacred arrows (that used to be Kikyo's). The jewel shatters into pieces and goes all over the place. So she and InuYasha go on a quest together to collect all the jewel shards back. They fight a lot, but they secretly care for eachother, even though InuYasha is still in love with Kikyo. Along the way, they meet other people who accompany them -- Sango (girl who wields a large boomerang), Shippou (little fox boy), and Miroku (perverted monk). The jewel shards are usually in humans that turned evil by the jewel's powers, and Kagome helps InuYasha by locating the jewel (she just has that power) InuYasha fights the person.
