*.hack: Legend of Twilight's Bracelet = a video game based anime ~ a girl who reintroductes her boy friend into The World -- a simulated RPG computer game, where they fight monsters.
*.hack//SIGN = a teenager who appears to be a boy named Tsukasa but is really a girl is in The World and can't log out; his friends go around, trying to figure out why he can't log out, and the mystery of The Key of the Twilight.
*Haibane Renmei = made by the same person who did Serial Experiments: Lain; tis ~ "haibane," a race of angels that live amongst the humans (who CAN see them). They're born out of cocoons and don't remember their previous lives. They live in used human houses and wear used human clothes. The show is about Rekka, an angel who was born out of an unusually large cocoon. Her wings come out quickly, and they're charcoal-colored instead of white, although the two colors are hardly distinguishable. "Hainbane Renmei" are the officials or whatever who opperate trade between the hainbane and this other group of people who are forbidden to speak around the hainbane.
*Hakaima [Demon of Destruction] Sadamitsu = Extraterrestrials called
Ryukeitai are criminals who have been exiled out into space to orbit for
eternity as punishment for comitting serious crimes. However, Earth
happens to lie right in the middle of that orbital track -- leaving open an
opportunity for 20 million alien criminals to land on Earth. Unaware of this
threat, a delinquent high school student on Earth named Sadamitsu
encounters the Ponkotsu, a helmet-shaped data lifeform sent to the
planet to recapture the Ryukeitai. Sadamitsu hhelps the Ponkotsu
recapture the aliens by putting on the helmet, which grows armor on his
body that helps him battle against the aliens. At the same time, the
superpowerful "vulture" has arrived on Earth and begins killing off the
Ryukeitai one by one. Now Sadamitsu has to deal with fending off Vulture
as well. Direction is by Koichi Ohata, script is by Masataka Akaboshi,
character designs are by Akira Kikuchi, and creature designs are by
Tamotsu Shinohara. Animation is by Studio Deen. (Also manga version.)
*Hamerun Baiorin no Hiki = Hameln is a mysterious guy with a horn poking out of his head and a talking bird named Obo who lives in a peaceful village with a girl named Flute. The world is being taken over by demons however and Hameln discovers he can play magical music to defeat them.. After their village is destroyed, they must journey to the capital to see Queen Horn who is planning to defeat the demon armies.
*Hamtaro = ~ a young girl and her hamster having similar adventures with their friends.
*Hikaru no Go = Shindoh Hikaru, a 6th grader, finds an old go table in the attic of his grandfather's house. He sees some blood stains on the go table, and tries to wipe it off... when a ghost dressed in Heian period clothes pops out, and takes over his body. The ghost happens to be Fujiwara no Sai, a member of the court during the Heian period. Sai was one of the two men who was assigned as the go tutor to the emperor. The other tutor was envious of Sai, and challenged him to a go match -- whoever wins gets to stay as the court's go master. Sai's opponent cheats during the match, and before Sai could say anything about it, the opponent accused Sai of cheating. Sai was banished from the court, and because of regret and anger, he committed suicide. But as with all unrepented souls, Sai was unable to leave the material world... until he is able to master go, and get one step closer to "kami no itte," or god's hand.
*Hunter x Hunter = ?
*Hyper Doll = These girls fight giant mollusks or menacing earthworms;
they also spend their time eating pizza and bickering with each other.
Aside from their boss, who pops out of a pizza box to give them
assignments, only one other person knows their secret identity because
he accidentally discovered it one day and has regretted it ever since.
The Dolls take pleasure in driving him nuts by getting in fights with
eachother, wreaking hacov wherever they go.
