As far as I know here are the reasons for it being a Corporation Sole.

     a) Corporation - literally means a body, or organization

     b) Why corporation sole: Because the INC is One Body, with one Head (Jesus Christ). ONe Body + ONe
     Head = One Man.

     c)Indicated on the SEC INC registration papers.

     IMPORTANT: That Felix Manalo is (JUST) The ADMINISTRATOR and NOT THE OWNER of the
     Corporation.
