Current INC has a problem of contradicting Felix Manalo's claim
by Ex Member

Note: Ex Member is another alias utilized by Iglesia Detractors, an overused ploy that exposes their
make-shift type of offensive tactics. On this thread, you will notice that Ex-member insinuates once again
something that INC never held on to as a Doctrine. They are good at it. But a member exposed his
bold attempts at it - Brother Paul.

EX MEMBER:

In the book of Isaiah, chapter 43, verses 5 and 6:
     "Fear not for I am with thee, from the east will I bring thy offsprings, from the west, I will gather thee;
I will say to the north, do not with hold, and to the south, keep not back, bring my sons from far and
my daughters from the ends of the earth". INC's interpretation during the administration of the late
Felix Manalo, founder of the INC:

East, refers to the Philippines; north refers to the
Protestantant sect where members of the INC would come from; south refers to Catholicisim
     considering
that many members were Catholics before. And the word
"west"? Up until the death of Felix Manalo in 1962,
the official line parrotted by Ministers like Isaias
Samson, Benjamin Santiago Sr., Lucio Silvestre was
that west indicate the country from where Protestantism
would came from, which is the United States that brought Protestantisim in the Philippines and is no
doubt geographically in the the "west". The INC leaders then boasted that the above has been fulfilled
in the Philippines in 1914 when the Church of Christ
aka INC "re-emerged" under the stewardship of Mr.FYM.
Felix Manalo and his loyal administrators did not make
any attempt to propagate the INC claims outside of the
Philippines. Why? Because it had maintained all along
up until the death of F.Manalo in 1962 that the Pilipinos were the "choosen race" in God's plan of
salvation during the "last days". That "last days" would probably last a couple of more centuries?
     Anyways
the point is the INC has claimed that the above was
already fulfilled. None of the doctrines of the INC,
during sundays and thurdays worships mention about one
line of the the above prophecy of not being fulfilled
up until 1968. Felix Manalo and his immediate subordinates down to the last of his ministers then
would teach that all of the above verses have already
been fulfilled. There is no Pasugo magazine, printed prior to 1968 that wrote an article claiming that
     one
line of the above prophecy has yet to happened. I am
reffering to "from the west, I will gather thee". None
of the INC Ministers prior to 1968 claimed that this
has not yet happened or that said event will happen in
the near futute. The INC ministers were unanimous in
preaching that chapter 43, verses 5 and 6 was already
fulfilled when the Church of Christ, also know as the
INC "re-emerged" in 1914 in the Philippines. And now?

Erdie Manalo, the successor of Felix M. would contradict the above claim of the INC when he decided
to embark on the expansion of the INC in Hawaii and
later in the mainland U.S.A. Suddenly, his ministers
and articles written in Pasugo magazines were making
the same chorus that expansion of the INC has been
fulfilled when it set up congregations in America. And
what is their new line? "Brothers and sisters, the
prophecy of Isaiah "and from the far west, I will gather thee", has been fulfilled, using the James
Moffat version of the bible which was released only in 1924. The point:

The INC under Erdie Manalo would contradict the original position of his father, that chapter 43,
verses 5,6 uncluding 7 has already been fulfilled when
the INC was founded in 1914. Felix Manalo and his
ministers then boasted that the Pilipinos were lucky
to be the only race worthy of God's plan of salvation
during the "last days". Now, Erdie is propagating the
INC doctrines to NON-Pilipinos, a major contradiction
     of the INC's claims/position prior to 1968.

BROTHER PAUL:

So many generalizations...

without basis. One of which you said "And the word
"west"? Up until the death of Felix Manalo in 1962,
the official line parrotted by Ministers like Isaias
Samson, Benjamin Santiago Sr., Lucio Silvestre was
that west indicate the country from where Protestantism
would came from, which is the United States that brought Protestantisim in the Philippines and is no doubt geographically in the the "west".

Where do derived this information? Could you cite information or articles that support your conclusion?

Second, you said that "Felix Manalo and his loyal administrators did not make any attempt to propagate the INC claims outside of the Philippines. Why? Because it had maintained all along up until the death of F.Manalo in 1962 that the Pilipinos were the "choosen race" in God's plan of salvation during the "last days". That "last days" would probably last a couple of more centuries?

The question, where did you base your assumption? Could you support it with a reliable source or INC articles?

And lastly, where did you base your arguments when you said that "Felix Manalo and his ministers then boasted that the Pilipinos were lucky to be the only race worthy of God's plan of salvation during the "last days". Now, Erdie is propagating the INC doctrines to NON-Pilipinos, a major contradiction of the INC's claims/position prior to 1968.

These are some of the questions that needs to be addressed first before we make a rebuttal. You should back up your facts (or lies) with reliable sources so that you will not be rebuked. However, i understand your arguments stand on shaky foundation such that it could not passed up on a very close & tight scrutiny.
