implementation: I have participated at the
implementation of 24 projects in last 5 years (at 3 of these, EU funded, as
co-ordinator/ manager). Most of them where financed or run by international
organisations and had as beneficiaries marginalized groups. ·
Proficiency
in European Structural Funds – I wrote 2 guides on structural funds, one for NGOs working in
community development (published by CREST) and another one for urban
stakeholders (published by CRONO). ·
Ample
training experience in European Structural Funds and Project Management – I was trained as a trainer on European Structural
Funds and Project Management and I delivered
over 400 training hours on these topics. ·
Consultancy and facilitation
for institutional
strengthening and organisational development of non-profit entities (NGOs, public administration institutions, schools etc):
I conducted over 120 consultancy visits (480 hours) to more than 50
non-profit organisations/ institutions. |

as teacher and trainer/consultant. In Oltenia I work since 1990
(as teacher and school master) and since 1998 as trainer/consultant for
non-profit sector. In this last position I participated at the implementation
of 24 projects. Since 2004 I manage the
activity of the Resources Centre for Nonprofits from Oltenia – CRONO. |
