I am a graduate of SUNY Albany, served as a United States Peace Corps
in Kenya, East Africa for two years after graduation. Upon returning to the
United States, I began working with the New York City Parks Department and
rose through the ranks to the position of Budget Director overseeing a budget
of $190 million dollars.
I am currently President of the Rockland County Civic Association, a member
of the Clarkstown School District-wide Decision Making Team, a member of the
Open Space Advisory Committee in Clarkstown, Treasurer of the New City
Elementary School Family Resource Center, and a Democratic Committee person.
I am married to Ian Haber with two children in the New City
Elementary School. I will bring my financial and civic expertise to
Clarkstown to streamline the procedures at Town Hall.
