Nicole's Story continued
Anna died.  I remember the last time I saw her alive.  It was the night before she died.  We had heard that she might not live through the weekend, and Jamie, Kristy, Alesha and I got together at Jamie's house Saturday night.
     We
had to see Anna.  It was like . . . . like we HAD to.  So, I called and asked Anna's parents if we could come over.
Jamie's mom wouldn't take us, so we called Kristy's mom.  She came and picked us up and we all piled into the car.
I remember stepping out of the car, going through the door, and walking into Anna's room.  Music was being played and there she lay.  The most beautiful of all God's creatures, Anna.  But, it wasn't the Anna I knew.  The Anna I knew vanished before 7th grade.  This was the last Anna.  Where her soul was yearning to escape and go home, but something was holding it back.  I truly believe that the something, was Jamie.  I don't think Anna was going to let God take her until she saw Jamie one last time.
School started.  Freshman year.  Anna never got to go to High School.  She never got to have her first boyfriend.  She never got to have her first kiss.  She never got to do the little things that we take for granted.  I really miss Anna.  I can just imagine it if she were still alive. . . . .
If you're still reading this, I'm proud of you :p.  I have so much to be thankful for, and the only one to thank is God.  I lack nothing.  I am so grateful for it!  I am just so lucky.  God is the greatest!  I wish that you could feel this love for Him that I have in my heart.
God has done so much for me.  But the best thing he did, was send his only Son, Jesus, to die on the cross for me, and you, and everyone, so that we can go to Heaven.
