Jesus' Childhood

    There is only one story account of Jesus as a child in the Bible, and it's the story of him getting left in Jerusalem.
     Every year Mary and Joseph went to Jerusalem for the Passover feast, and the year Jesus was 12, he went with them. After the feast was over, Mary and Joseph left leaving Jesus behind, each thinking he was with the other. When they noticed he was missing, they looked all around the caravan for him, and with no luck in finding him, they went back to Jerusalem. After 3 days of searching for him, they found him in the temple sitting amongst scholars and conversing with them.
     When his parents saw him, Mary said to Jesus, "Son, why have you done this to us? Your father and I have been looking for you with great anxiety."
     Jesus replied, "Why were you looking for me? Didn't you know I'd be in my Father's house?"
     Joseph and Mary didn't understand what he meant. They all went back to Nazareth.
