article written for ROMANIA from Dott. Fabrizio LOCURCIO DIRIGENTE NAZIONALE
GREAT GOAL, RUMANIA IN EUROPE: ONE DREAM REALIZED ONLY IN PART
The noble and praiseworthy principles of the European Union, urged bay a benevolent intuition of emulating the model of power and american unity, often doesn't considers the lapel of the medal for the issues springing from the conseguent phenomenon.
First victims of the problem that affects the whole EUROPE, rendered even more serious in the different way in which it is perceived in the old and in the new Europe, is the problem of the free circulation of people foreseen for the year 2007 for the Romanian citidens. One of the four freedoms: people, money, trade and services where are supported the entire foundations of Europe, are connected to this problem.

Accross the borderes of the two Europe, we arrive to realize the negative impact from the opinion that the people express , demonstrated making discriminatioms with distrust and fearing their poor cousins of eastern europe.
I believe , aniway that the goal achieved from Romania in reference of the entrance in the European Union is an historical goal, both for Europe and for the Romanian citidens, but i believe that it is also important to create for the Romanian people socio-political- economical conditions same as those of the member countries.
It is necessary to help the Romanian government to rise up economically and to find the right placement that Romania deserves in the internal of Europe, without discriminations, derived by the economic differences in reference of those of the other western European Countries. Arduous and long will be the achievement, if we consider that in countries like France, Italy,Spain still exists big social unbalances and poverty; we have to consider that in the south of Italy there are still families that don't know how to reach how to reach the end of the day with the amount of money they posses and they live in prefabricated houses without economic resources.
The fears are always the same, both for the italians as for the rest of Europe, the free foressen circulation of people of Romania for the year 2007, will ivolve enormus issues, of security, enmployemnt and money, because the immigration toward the west from eaqstern europe will constitute an exponential growth of request of new deman of enployments clearly inferior on compare of the employemnt demand
Another problem is the antagonism present in Italy, in Germany, France, between citizens of the own country and those coming from other foreign countries.
For example in Italy, many jobs are submitted to citizens coming from Romania, as for example the task of the domestic work for the women and of worker to the men.
Assisting the elderly people it is a heavy work that requests dedication, sacrifice and a lot of human sensibility, talent that have the Romanian women , and that they know how to make well theyr talent on practice. Yet still exists in some cases, a prejiudiced behavor from the part of many, on the fact of hiring a foreign citizen, for the problems that this could create, although any obstacle doesn't really exist. Another work that is very much requested in Italy of the Romanian citidens, belongs that to worker of building constructions that many Italians people do not want to do, only when they find out that it has been offered to a Romanian citizen, attributing to the Romanian citidens theyr unemployment status.
It is clearly a contradiction to speak of immigration and foreigners, in one united Europe, where all should be European Citidens and not Romanian, Bulgarian, German French! We all know how much this discrimination is still present, so natural and spontaneous in the words of people of every day, and for this reason we are aware of the real difficulties that the European union should confront preliminarily.
Personally I think, for the reasons above exposed that Europe is still not ready to think and to speak of one United Europe, just for the differences that interest the same member states , also under the juridical profile, since many European regulations, are still slow for being approved and not binding for the national laws of the member states.
