ATTENZIONE I POLIZIOTTI DEL REGNO UNITO NON VENGONO SOTTOPOSTI A TEST PSICOLOGICI SU BASE REGOLARE

Al momento nel Regno Unito gli agenti di Polizia non vengono sottoposti ai test psicologici di screeeming su base regolare. Sospetto che la ragione sia dovuta ai costi enormi che questi monitoraggi costerebbero all'amministrazione dell'interno del Regno Unito e anche considerando l'uscita di risultati negativi. Oggi giorno con le minaccie delle cause legali degli agenti di polizia contro i loro datori di lavoro le autorita' di polizia devono seguire delle procedure dal proteggere loro stessi e i loro agenti di polizia.
Altrettanto oggigiorno nel Regno Unito l'enorme quantita' di giorni di lavoro dovuti alle assenze degli agenti di polizia per motivi legati allo stress, cio' puo' rusultare il motivo per il quale gli agenti di polizia del Regno Unito non vengono sottoposti allo screening di test psicologici.

At the moment in United Kingdom police officers are not psychologically screened on a automatic basis. I suspect the reason they are not is mainly to do with the huge cost involved and also considering the outcomes of negative results.
Nowadays with the threat of law suits by police officers against their employers, police authorities have to take steps to protect themselves and the officers. Also, in UK with the huge numbers of work days lost by officers being off work sick with stress related illnesses that is also a factor.
I think in theory it is a nice idea but many officers will resent the fact they have to have this done and they may not cooperate. Also employers having got information that an officer may be not psychotically sound would be faced with making them go sick and getting them treatment.
It will be very interesting to see how the experiment goes if Italy
