Fate - The Ineffable Mystery

Neither good nor evil, Fate was created by the holy trinity
to serve a purpose completely alien to residents of our existential
plane. Fate is an entity born of eternity; it has a beginning,
but no ending. Its sole purpose is to test and challenge mortals,
and to aid in their promotion to a higher level of evolution. 

The eternal battle between the trinity and satanic forces fuels
Fate's mission, for the ancient war provides ample material for
Fate to utilize in its endless challenges to mortals.
