Signification of the Highest Degree:

You cannot harm a man, without bringing him into the flock, whose motivations are the equal of those you seek to counter.

I.E. -> "Harm" in this context should be interpreted loosely to mean 'aid via challenge'; that is, analogically, I neither seek to benefit or hurt you, but my motivations are such that in challenging your complacency, I am damaging your current state and restoring the next.

I.E. -> "those you seek to counter" in this case, can mean one of two things. Literally, it refers to the embodiment of evil which seeks to destroy what you seek to build. However, the other, looser, meaning could simply refer to a complacency of stagnation, entropy.

Synopsis:

It is the duty of all higher beings to "harm", to bring into true enlightenment, those individuals who are closest to attaining the power of Evil. Through this process, the individual will be turned from his darkened path and brought into a new existence, where his motivations can serve a higher purpose.
