amr2mp3 v0.31 new version!
This is a tool which converts .amr sound files to .mp3 or to .wav. Also, it can convert .mp3 sound files to .amr or to 8KHz .wav. It has full Unicode support for file names in almost any language. Does not need installation. It is developed in Tcl/Tk .
It uses Sony-Ericsson?s converter to convert amr files , BeSweet for mp3 encoding and madplay for 8KHz wav convertion.
