All of you guys know how crazy I am for Nick Carter. Well he was in Atlanta on Dec 11th (Weds), 2002 at this place called US PLAY out in Kennesaw (it has like a pool hall, bowling alley, video arcade. etc etc). Anyways so I took that day off work, so I could get to the place early. It opened at 10am so I got there around 10:15-10:20am (Nick wasn't suppose to show up til 6pm or so). *lol* so yeah I was a lil early. When I got there I noticed that another car was also there (there was a lady sitting inside the car). Anyways so I grabbed my car keys and celly and headed inside to ask and make sure Nick was coming. The guy at the counter said that Nick would be there that night. So I was like coolness. I then spotted 3 Nick fans sitting near the stage area. So I headed back to my car to get my stuff (my coat, Nick CD, purse, camera's, etc). I ran into the 3 other girls and chatted with them for a min. Eventually we started chatting and became friends. They rocked! They had driven like 2 hrs and had been there since 6am! I was like WHOAH!

Im just giving ya'll the highlights. Umm let's see so then there was ALOT of waiting around and fans started slowly coming in like after 1pm and then it started gettting more crowded after school let out (around 4pm). The radio station DJ's and staff got there around 5pm.

See the radio station had held a contest were you could win a dinner with Nick. Every night they would give out one set of tickets. I tried winning and called in just about every night, I came close to winning like 2 times, but no dice. So the radio contest winners would be having their dinner with Nick @ US PLAY. They had a room set up just for them. And of course they got to meet Nick too. And on top of that they got to sit in this lil roped off section in front of the stage. Which at first we all bitched about because we had been there like all day and we deserved to be in the front. Near 7pm it started getting REALLY crowded and people were pushing and so they had to bring in 2 police officers to do crowd control. They were trying to make everyone move back so the radio contest winners could fit up front. Everyone bitched of course. haha Then one of Nick's crew guys came over and whispered in the police officers ear that he (Nick) didnt care if the radio winners sat up front, because he already spent time with them and he was more concerned about the other fans who had been waiting around all day. I was like awh thats so sweet! Eventually though they made space for the winners. However, when the radio station staff brought the winners in they made them sit down on the floor so we all could see. So it was cool.

Nick came out just a few mins after 7pm. OMG when he came out I was SO close, my knees buckled on me. I was like in pure shock that he was right there. I just stood there in awe. My sister leaned over and was like "you ok right?" haha. There were SO many flashes! Everyone was takin pics. I had my video camera but a few mins before Nick came out they announced video camera's weren't allowed :*( . Anyways so they did a pretty long interview with Nick. Then about 4 girls asked him a question and then he sang "Help Me" and "Do I Have yo Cry for You". And I was smack center from his mike too. I was just standing there takin pics and in major awe. He is so so so extremely beautiful inside and out! He was jokin around and goofin off on stage and just being silly Nick. It was great. He made us all laugh and thanked us all so many times for coming out and for supporting him.

Orginally he was suppose to sign autographs, but for his own safety he couldn't. I heard about 500 girls showed up and it got crazy! So like after the show mostly everyone left. I had wrote him a letter so I gave it to the radio DJ to give to Nick. I didnt know if she would or not but I was like, lemme try anyways. A hand full of people stuck around (I did too of course). They kept tellin us Nick left, but security was right there so we knew he was still there. I wish Nick would've signed. Anyways mins went by and then eventually I wandered on the stage. (they had a lil stage set up for Nick and after it was over fans went and stoff on it to see if they could spot Nick when they opened the side door)...so they opened the door and we saw Nick so we knew he was still there.

A few mins later the door opened, fans screamed and Nick came out. He was being hurried by security. And right when he came out he has a buncha stuff in his hands, like teddy bears and cards and guess what else. MY LETTER!!! I had put it in a manilla envelope and he had it right on his chest as he hurried out. I just about freaked! haha I was like omg he has my letter! The radio DJ actually gave it to him!

So while Nick left out the back, me and my sis ran to my car so we could follow his van (he was in a black van with tinted windows). Of course about 10 other girls thought of this too so there were like 10 cars in front of me. *lol* At one point they stopped the van and everyone who was in the cars ran out to the van. I did too! haha I just left my car, turned on the emergency lights and ran to the van! Nick waved at everyone (but didnt get out) See they had stopped the van so his bandmates could get in. Omg his drummer is a hottie! After that the police stopped some of the cars from going further. So the van was able to get away.

All in all it was a great day. I woke up the next morning and was like "did all that really happen"? I took about 2 rolls worth of pics. They will be scanned soon. I also took pics with my digital camera. I videotaped Nicks' van and when his bandmates were doing a soundcheck I taped like a min of it. I was unable to get anything "NICK" on tape though because of security.
