There has been much recent change at Berkswell with the removal of the crossing and new footbridge but the upside station platforms retain their character. E 3184 (86206) takes a down Manchester service North.

Rare!, taken from a passing service "slim jim" 33209 takes a Bescot-Willesden "Speedlink" South. The slim had reached the Midlands on a freight via the Oxford route.

Taken from a passing DMU, 56041 awaits the road onto Forders Sdns. The grid was working contaminated waste trains at this time.
