Necco Wafers are little discs of chalky candy, dripping sweetly with nostalgia, just like the story.

Harlan sent me a box of them, and I became hopelessly addicted, especially to  the rare and much prized chocolate ones.

Harlan's work is always loaded with dynamite images. It's hard having to chose the one that captures the spirit of the story the best.
RIGHT:  With a 2 week deadline, Nick created this peridot and sterling silver pendant for Harlan's 16th wedding anniversary. It arrived in L.A. from Sydney 2 days before the event.
