We understand that each event requires specials needs. Please talk to us about your requests. We always try to accomodate everyone.

WHAT YOU SUPPLY

Alcohol specifically for your choice of Martinis
- Alcohol and mixers for the rest of your stock bar
- Ice (approx 1 1/2 lbs. per person)
- Martini glasses from your caterer if plastic martini cups are not o.k
We do not purchase alcohol for your event. We will tell you the exact amounts and brands to purchase after you choose from our menu.

OUR RATES
$50.00 per hour per bartender- 4 hour minimum
With "MARTINIS by NICK & GINGER" there will always be the 2 of us. For larger parties of 150+ you will possibly need up to 4 bartenders. We will supply the extra floor help, bartenders and cocktail waitress' if needed.

OUR POLICY
Nick & Ginger require a 2-3 week notice to reserve a date and a $50.00 deposit prior to your event, which will be deducted from your final bill. Your event needs to be paid in full before our service begins. Special arrangements can be made if needed. If you have to cancel, do so at least 1 week prior to your event. Any closer to your date and your deposit will not be refunded.

Alcohol and the law
It is required under California law to check proper identification and to serve alcohol ONLY to people who are 21 years of age or older. Any of your guests wishing to consume alcohol must have prper identification (ex. drivers license, CA I.D, passport etc..)
We reserve the right to refuse to serve alcohol to anyone during your party for any reason, but specially if we feel that they are intoxicated. We are not responsible for your guests.
