Samps

Josh Sampia and I started running together our sophomore year. We where both pretty slow (about 13-14 minutes for 2 miles). We both progressed and went through many of the same things together... "hey do you throw shot???" hehe.
Piss

Chris Broussard used to joking call me dick, how original. So, I resorted to calling him Piss. Pretty fast runner guy and pretty motivational at times, yet is great at goofing off. hehe.
Justin Piltcher

a good guy. I didn't know him overly well, but he was pretty darn big into working out. He did it well. He and Justin martin and Chris were good friends.
Justin Martin

A good guy. We sometimes got along, others it was a bit tense. He had tons of natural talent, but didn't train the hardest as one could. He was big into working out. I believe this figure is correct, but I think he bench pressed 265 once. That is an amazing feet being he weighed 135. Yes almost double his body weight. That impressive.
Marc

Said to be the most talented runner we had. He had amazing natural foot speed. HE is also a swimmer, who - if trains - will be able to make the US OLYMPIC TEAM! yes he was about little less than a second off Olympic time in a local school meet! he has talent!  he is really good, and when he is in the mood, watch out, he is extremely good and expects everyone else to prefer just as admirably.
Hunter

He is a fast runner. he loves competetion. If you get him mad, he only runs faster and harder. He is usually the one who is tossing his cookies after the race because he ran as hard as he could. usually one of - if not the - fastest guys on the team. KNOWS HIS RUNNING STUFF! This guy knows tons about running and training. He will be a good coach one day!
Mike

He was a fast runner in his day. The fastest of "our era." He ran a 10:16 2 mile and turned some heads! He won district his junior year. He did what coach nolan told him to. that made him pretty darn fast. The rest rarely did, I guess that is why they weren't as good.
Corey

He is a Vice. that should tell you a lot! He runs and runs. He and hunter are good friends and sometimes train together. He doesn't usually like giving up, and is a horse. Little will stop him.
me

I ran a lot, not real fast. I wasn't a super great guy, I didn't blow away any records. I usually was pretty consistant.
Jeff

Also know as "stalker." He is a good guy, also in ROTC and played football. He runs hard and has a good bit of heart in his running, but doesn't always put in the miles. Overall a good runner, who has lots of potential.
Cody

Also a Vice (brother is Corey), he is a hard runner. Great character and has tons of jokes and can mess around with just about anyone. He has talent... and TONS of it! He hadn't run in about 2 months, then was asked to run in a freshman district race. He placed 4th, with a time of... 11:23!!!! in the 2 mile. Way fast! hehe, esp. since he wasn't running. I can wait to see his performance when he starts training hard!
Chandler

He is one big dude. I think he was 6'3 or taller. Nice guy with a big heart. I liked watching him run because you could see he really wasn't efficent yet. He has a TON of potential being his stride could probably match
Kevin's! I think he hung up his running shoes, but I think it was a good expeirence for him.
Chad

He was also in ROTC and a beginner to running as I was a senior. he lost a good bit of weight while running, and I really believed he liked the comradery of the sport. I hope he contiues it. He can probaly become a pretty good runner if he does.
Robbie

He has some natural talent rapped up in him. He seems like he likes to run and gets pretty fast when he trains. His watch seems to always be special... always runs his times a little faster than he really does. hehe. Good guy, another one, who, if trained, would be really good.
Stephen

He is a fast runner now. In high school he was admirable. He now is training to go into the Navy SEALS so he is doign some pretty rigorous stuff. I've known him for years (elementry school), and he has always been a good guy at heart. Wish the best for him.
Kenny Charles

A fast track guy... in this "other sport" he didn't like it much, but used it for training for "his track." Great guy, fun to hang around with and a fella!
Rickey

Started running as a freshman. i think it was good for him. I only wish he would have stayed in school. I guess its not cut out for everyone. I think he is making a good choice now, no use struggling with something you don't like, when you can find something you do, right? If he would have trained he would have been really fast. (notice a trend?)
Joel

A speech man. He ran for literally the fun of it. The only guy I know who did that! He didn't train much, didn't care where he placed, just ran for fun. I respect him a lot for that. It is so neat that someone would do that, everyone else gets worried about this and that, he just enjoyed it. Great guy... cool dude.
Roger

A self proclaimed product of the "guetto." He made things interesting. He was a decent runner, who, with the proper training could have been much faster. I hope everything is working out for him.
Danny

A friend of Rickey's and also a freshman, my senior year. I haven't seen him run much this past year, but I hear he has lots of potential... if he trains... gosh that is a trend around here... hehe. I hope he does.
Josh Ewing

He is also a dual-athlete, with swimming and running. When he trains he is quite fast, and is a miler in track.

May he rest in peace... Josh died of heart complications on Tuesday January 21, 2003. May he ride on in the hearts of his family and friends.
Courtney

A nice sometimes quiet girl who followed after the "brittney rein." She preformed admirably, and usually trained pretty hard. In track she ran anything from the half mile to the two mile, and did quite well in it. After her senior year, she hung up her competion spikes, and headed off to recreational running.
Sarah

I once heard coach nolan tell her that she had the talent to run faster than brittney. (Brittney TRAINED ... a LOT!). I was wow'd by that, and now am seeing the results of it. Preforms well in XC and is starting to dominate the track realm! Great things to come!
Lenel

She and Sarah seemed inseperable for a long time. She is also a avid soccer player and is doing well in that. Her running is also accelerating and if she contiues her progress she will be quite fast as well!
Beth

She is one tough girl. She isn't super fast and perfers distance to any type of intervals. If she contiues training she will be quite a strong runner, and with intervals finish up really fast too!
Holly

She was a good runner. She ran XC and did quite well in it. She is a quite intelligent girl who also is a great "people person."
Jennifer

Also a soccer player and runner, she does quite well in both. I haven't seen her run in a while, but has great potential. Training being key for it.
Brittney

I came in at the end of the Brittney Rein as top girl. She was FAST. Her junior year she ran an 11:36 2 mile... extremely fast! She has too many accomplishments to talk about. Her senior jacket had NO more room to put patches on it, though she still had more to put. Amazing. Currently running for ULL her progress is contiuing.

Gabby

She took over Brittney's place just as she was leaving. (I think they are related somehow too). She is really fast, posting some great times. Also has a great training program. Very intelligent as well.
Jeremy Cobb

The male rein runner. He is quite fast and loves running. He usually takes the half, mile and two mile first places in all track meets. A great feat. Also trains a TON. Many people are after his times, and he seems to be a pace setter for the area.
Brain (laf)

I met him at the Cajun Cup, my senior year. It was in between district and state. Great runner with lots of potential. Nice guy too!
Team 2

I was co-coach of this "group" in Team Pegasus. We had a rivialry with the much faster (and some older), group 3. Many of those in our group have gone on to run extremely fast times.
Mrs. Robin

A really, really nice lady. She is the founder/owner of Team Pegasus, and a coach for ULL. She was a great runner in her time, and brings all her expertise to the younger generation of runners in an effort to optimise their potential.
