The situation in the flood affected area gets worse and the bus in which she is meets with a major accident. Soon strange things begin to happen which shake the very foundations on which the atheism of Dr Bhatnagar is based.

First of all, there are no good "Saaya" pics on the Internet.  I plan to buy the movie and do some movie captures cause John Abraham is too fine in the movie.

Can true love bring back the dead?  Just from hearing that line, you may think it's a horror movie or of some sort but the movie is nothing like that.  It's actually has a few chills and thrills but not meaning to scare you or anything.  It's a sweet love story.  However, Bollywood is known for the many remakes.  The list is endless.  So "Saaya" is nothing new but a lot of people probably haven't seen the Hollywood film "Dragonfly" yet so everyone is okay to see "Saaya" without knowing what will happen next.  Everyone but me, I usually end up seeing the Hollywood films first but as I said many times, I can care less if the film is a remake or not...just as long as the film is directed and produced well.

First of all, the movie has John Abraham.  Enough is said to even want to watch the film.  He is so sexy and hot, I would just watch the film for him and drool not even caring what the movie is about or how his acting will be.  But he is a good actor and one of the few newcomers to actually put an impact on you.  Yes, this is coming from a die hard Arjun Rampal fan, John Abraham is the next best newcomer since Hrithik Roshan, even better than him at times because in John's two films "Jism" and "Saaya," his characters are not the typical Bollywood Masala type where the hero goes out, sings, and wins over the girl's heart.  I can go on and on and talk about how fine John is or what a good actor he is.  "Saaya" is purely his movie where he takes control of the movie.

Tara Sharma had very little to do in "Om Jai Jagadish" and the same goes for "Saaya."  Although she did have more footage in "Saaya" because she was in the songs.  She didn't have much acting to do except look nice with John.  I find her looks to be a mixture of Jyotika and Tabu.  I can't really talk about how well she performed cause the movie is more of a John movie and Mahima had more acting than Tara did.

Mahima so underrated.  I wish someone give her a good role, and a lead role too.  I'm tired of her playing side roles.  She hasn't had a good non supporting role since "Daag - The Fire."  She does great in her supporting roles like in "Dil Kya Kare" and "Dil Hai Tumhaara" but the girl can act and needs to show it off.

Storyline wise...it is a remake of a Hollywood movie "Dragonfly."  There's some scenes that were exactly the same but as I mentioned to my friends, I do not care if the movie is a remake and long as the film is made well.  Bollywood is better at romantic love movies so instead of having their own ideas for non romantic love movies, they seem to copy.  I love both Hollywood and Bollywood movies so it doesn't bother me.  What bothers me is a critic would focus too much on the fact that it is a copy that takes the joy away from them from watching the film.

The songs are really nice.  O Saathiya comes right from the beginning and is my favorite of the soundtrack.  The picturization is done very well too.  The songs flow with the movie and not your typical song and dance type of movies.  I actually haven't seen John in a song/dance type of movie.

Overall, the movie is definitely worth watching.  Just don't drill in your head too much that it's a Hollywood remake.  You'll enjoy it.
