FROM THE BOOK: TOTAL S CLUB: INSIDE THEIR WORLD Jo can see quite a lot of differences between herself and Hannah. 'If I've got something on my mind, no matter what it is, I HAVE to tell someone. Hannah will bottle it up and then tell Paul. Those two were meant to be together.' Hannah's mate Jon can't believe how much she has settled down since she's been seeing Paul. 'I love Hannah to bits - she's just a ball of energy. Now she's with Paul, she's not as scatty as she used to be, but she's still a nutter!' Paul's last ever scene... When Paul told his girlfriend, Hannah, that he was leaving the band, they both found it upsetting. But then he had to tell Hannah in front of the cameras in Barcelona too! 'It was really sad when we filmed the scene where Paul told me he was leaving the show. It was funny at the beginning of the scene because I was supposed to think he was joking, but the last part was quite serious. During one take, I did have a tear in my eye, but I'm not sure whether that was included in the show or not. Luckily, we didn't have to act too lovey-dovey, as we're not going out in the series. It was still a very sad moment though.' Paul and Hannah shared a much more embarrassing moment when they were filming the third series of the TV show. 'Just after we started going out for real, we had to do a proper screen kiss in Hollywood 7. We had to make it look good - although we didn't want to make it look like a real boyfriend and a girlfriend kissing. It was really difficult to do, and when I watch it back, it doesn't look at all like how we kiss in real life. After one take, we carried on kissing afterwards and looked up to find that the crew were all staring at us in amazement!' About party at the palace: 'It was really weird knowing that it was Paul's last gig' adds Tina. 'On the whole, it was a happy day because it was a huge occasion and such an honour to be at the palace,' Hannah says. 'It was sad, but it didn't feel like the end because we all know we'll see him again.' About Paul leaving: Paul's fellow band member and girlfriend, Hannah, was the first person he told before confiding in anyone else. Her initial sadness was mixed with happiness for him. 'Paul contributes so much to the group, but deep down I know it's the right thing for him to do.' Of course, the person that Paul's decision will affect most is Hannah. They've virtually lived in each other's pockets for the last 4 years and have been going out together for over a year now. Rachel knows how difficult it will be for Hannah without Paul. She says 'I'm sure Hannah will find it hard to begin with cos they've spent so much time together, but I also think it might be quite refreshing for them both. And we're all there for her - we'll make sure she's ok. Hannah: "the memory of Paul in the band that stands out for me is from when we were in Miami. Paul, Jon and i were jumping in the pool, fully clothed, doing backflips all at the same time. Unfortunately, as I went into my backflip I hit Paul in the head with my heel. But that wasn't the worst of it - he hit his head on the side of the pool and split his head open! Luckily he was OK, but, Paul, I'm so sorry, please forgive me!" Hannah also made the headlines when she and ex-band member Paul revealed that they had secretly been dating for a year! However, it's not surprising that it took so long to tell the whole story. After all, it took them long enough to tell each other! Getting together with Paul was a very gradual thing' says Hannah. 'We went through a long confused stage where we tried to keep away from one another, but that just made our feelings stronger. Actually admitting to each other that we LIKED each other took a long time. When you've been good friends, it's hard to say that you fancy each other, Then, when we gave it a go, it just seemed right.' Unlike Rachel and Jeremy, Hannah and Paul have yet to be snapped kissing! 'How would they get pictures of us? We don't go to really well-known places, we just eat out locally. And we don't kiss in public anyway!' Hannah says, laughing. Since Paul has left the band, their relationship has changed. 'I do miss him because we don't see each other as much' says Hannah. 'But it's good in some ways - everything feels fresher and more normal now.' Hannah's also pleased about the positive reactions from the fans towards her relationship with Paul.
