| Seramas are the smallest chicken in the world and originated from Malaysia (obviously). They come in 3 main classes - Class A (up to 350 grams), Class B (up to 500 grams), and Class C (anything over 500 grams.) I used to have 2 pairs of Seramas. I received them through the mail on August 17, 2004. Their names were Tuan, Iwan, Ami, and Umi. Unfortunately, Ami (the white hen) died of unknown cause shortly after I got her. I later decided that I didn't want to breed Seramas (mainly because I had several other breeds I was working on at the time and I didn't have enough time to devote to the special breeding required for their standard) so I no longer have them. |
