Everything in this website was handed down to Seikichi Odo and numerous other students of his. Seikichi Odo handed Okinawa Kenpo down to his students such as Necomedes (Nick) Flores' family, Dean Stevens, and others who were taught by him.
The purpose of this webpage is to hand down Okinawa Kenpo to future generations unchanged in Kata, Kobudo, exercises, training methods, and bogo kumite.
All martial arts are excellent, and that's why it is called an art. The word martial means military,this art, Okinawa Kenpo, like others if done properly is an ancient Okinawan martial art. Kata, training methods, and bogo kumite must remain unchanged. Other martial arts have their own system and ways which also are very good if done properly in the right order.
