One possibility is to have a look at their official homepage www.nickelback.com and click on "Contact" at the right bottom corner of the page. You'll find a contact form where you can ask your questions. Be aware that they will not be answered by the band iself.
Another possibility is to visit the band's official MySpace page here and ask questions there. Be aware, that the page is not run by the band itself.
You can also join the official fanclub accessible via www.nickelback.com or by clicking here. I am not a member of the fanclub and can't report in how far special features are offered here.
If you want to post pictures, photos or videos of you with the band, there is a new feature on www.nickelback.com to be found in the menu called "Interact". You can upload pictures and videos including the story behind them or apply for the weekly chosen Nickelback Fan Spotlight. Click here to get to the interactive section of the official homepage!
One last possibility is to leave a message in Daniel's guestbook on www.daniel-adair.com. He used to update his page quite frequently, so the chance that he reads your message is pretty high.
