| Hi everyone! Thanks for visiting my Nickelback site. I hope you like it! My name is Irma, I'm 25 and I'm from Holland. I work at a Patent Attorney's office in The Hague. My main hobbies are listening to music, going to concerts, surfing the internet, building web sites and going to the cinema. My favorite band is 3 Doors Down (please check out my web site about them, 3 Doors Down Europe), and Nickelback are next in line ;-) I also listen to Sting, The Police, Bad Charism (badcharism.fun.ms), Cold, Creed, Course Of Nature, Puddle of Mudd, Lifehouse, The Calling, Sevendust, Theory Of A Deadman, Default, Boysetsfire, Linkin Park, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Incubus, Staind, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Live, Boy Hits Car, Stone Sour, The Lovin' Spoonful, The Beatles, Mark Knopfler, Dire Straits and more... I've seen the following bands / artists in concert: 3 Doors Down (14x), Nickelback (4x), Sting (6x), Lifehouse (4x), Staind (1x), Alien Ant Farm (2x), Mark Knopfler (1x), Theory Of A Deadman (2x), Our Lady Peace (1x), Boy Hits Car (1x, supporting Crazy Town). I have been backstage with 3DD, Nickelback, Lifehouse, Theory Of A Deadman, I was on the tour bus with Alien Ant Farm and I also met Boy Hits Car and Crazy Town. I must be one of the luckiest girls on the planet! ;-) I first heard of Nickelback through 3DD (they toured with them) and I bought their album The State early in 2001. It immediately became one of my favorite cd's! I saw Nickelback for the first time on August 21, 2001 in Dortmund, Germany, where they were supporting 3DD. They were really great guys and after meeting them and seeing their show, I became a fan. And after hearing Silver Side Up (I heard it for the first time on August 21 on the 3DD tour bus), I knew that I was a fan for life, they are awesome! I saw them again in Tilburg on february 16, 2002 and I got backstage because the guys recognized me! It was great!!! I'm gonna see them again in Amsterdam on March 11, 2002, I can hardly wait! |
