The 360 flip
performed by Nick Andrews
Bend those legs, and put your feet in a kickflip, with your front foot dragging off the side a little more than usual, about half way in the centre of your board.
Jump upwards, releasing your legs from their crouched position as in step 1.
As your board pops up, kick downwards on the side of your board with you FRONT foot, and kick backwards with your BACK foot.
Aim for your board to flip that 180 at least and jumping high enough allows enough time for the board to flip once and spin a 360.
Wait for your board to complete its 360 and flip, and catch it with your front foot, sneaking your back foot on after.
Catch your tre flip clean, and then go and chuck it down a set on video and learn some variations. like fakie 360 flip, big flip (Just turn a 180).
Welcome to the 360 flip. These tricks are maybe the hardest trick, but definitely look the best.It is also known as a tre flip, thirty six flip or 3 flip (As ESPN) say! Have a look at the pics and hopefully they can help. If you can't see the pics well enough then click on them to enlarge.
