Another large part of our day during the calving season is bringing in the freshly calved cows and calves.


The calves are caught and placed in a large crate (here Hanne is carrying a calf to the crate)  We then drive the calf crate out of the paddock ...some of the calved cows will follow the crate and walk out with the calves, the others have to be quitely walked out of the paddock.
