Another calf born this morning ...that now makes 8!  Things are going very slowly, we were hoping to have about 40 calved by now.  

We sorted out out first "springer mob" yesterday (a group of cows that look like they may calve in the next 10 days or so)     We group the "springers" together so that we can monitor them closely ...check none of them are having problems as they calve, they will also be the only group that gets checked late at night before we go to bed.
