WEST MICHIGAN RAILROAD HISTORICAL SOCIETY
           Chapter 112 of the National
            Railroad Historical Society

Our Mission is to preserve the railroad
history and heritage of Michigan, and especially West Michigan.   We own the original depot of the Toledo, Saginaw
and Muskegon RR (later Grand Trunk
Western) in the town of Sparta, Mich,
as well as pieces of rolling stock from
several  Michigan railroads.    Also we
have an operating O-scale layout of
the TS&M line between Greenville and Muskegon. 

Annual membership is $30; discounts for seniors and students.   Membership
includes a subscription to "The Waybill"
our monthly newsletter, and access to
our library of railroad books and historic
records.

Monthly Meetings - Every third Thursday
night, 7:30 PM.   April through November
at; the Sparta depot, north end of Union
St. in Sparta, MI, December is our annual
banquet, in Jan-March locations will vary.
A program on railroad topics is usually
given, and
guests are always welcome.
