| NEWS 11/23/08 Ok, so finally an update on the RAM website. i barely ever have the time to update the site so as much as i hate to say it, i would recommend checking the RAM myspace page more than i would this page. i would prefer to only have a website, but myspace is alot easier to update than this piece of shit free site, plus more people will probably come across it. the age of band/label websites is dwindling as they all get myspace pages as a replacement. its depressing but its become a reality. Also another thing making it hard for me to update this page is the fact that my computer decided to break. yeah, it fuckin sucks, but i get access to a computer while im at work so i can still usually keep things updated, but who knows when ill finally have a personal working computer again. Anyway, on to some news. RAM01 through RAM06 are all out and available. check distros, labels and stores to see if they have them, or you can order them from me. I am down to about 2-3 copies of both the WORST CASE SCENARIO/NADA X LIBERAR split LP and the KAKISTOCRACY - An Apology 7". So if you want one of those i would order one quick. there are PAYPAL buttons set up on the RAM myspace page so its pretty easy. Otherwise im sure lots of distro's have them still, or check with the other labels that co-released them with me. Right now i am working on the seventh Rust and Machine release. which will be the DERROTA - Asko Infinito LP. it will be a nice full color jacket and a 20 page booklet insert. booklets are almost done and the sleeve and vinyl will go to press pretty soon. my hope is to have this thing out by January 2009. Sorry it is taking me so long. a few other projects are in talk-mode right now but i don't want to post anything about them yet until they are finalized. The DISTRO is no longer on this website, at least for now. right now check the blogs on the RAM MYSPACE page for updated distro lists of 7"s, LPs, CDs, Tapes and Zines. there is plenty of stuff, and it would just take too much time to put on this website. having two separate lists on two sites becomes a real pain in the ass to update, so im sticking with the myspace blogs right now as its the easiest to update. As far as actual website updates go, i updated the RELEASES page to actually have the real album artwork on it for once, with more lengthy informative descriptions and pressing info. so check it out. this site still looks like shit. i know. I eventually plan on having pictures of all the color vinyl and more of the records, but when that will actually happen i have no clue. Milwaukee's PROTESTANT will be doing an east coast tour with the UK's FALL OF EFRAFA next year. check out the bands pages for the confirmed tour dates. they will have copies of their LP with them as well as some other awesome new releases. if they play near you, go check them out and don't fuck it up. 5.21.08 I am terrible at updating this page. I am on tour with SKARP and i won't be back home until July 15th, so to the people that have sent emails or orders will have to wait until that time to get stuff. I took down the distro because i brought it with me on tour and i have pretty much sold out of almost everything i have listed. I have got alot of new distro stock and alot more on the way so when i return from tour i will post new lists (better ones) of all new stuff. so check back for that! |
