Now and Then DELETED SCENE and THE ARCHIES video

I bought the NOW AND THEN dvd and as SPECIAL FEATURES, it has the movie's trailer(some more stuff) and when I saw it, I noticed a scene which doesn't come in the movie. The scene(the clip I saw on the trailer) had Thora dressed in red selling some drinks, she first kinda "arranges" herself(you know, the vanilla ballons)and then she starts giving drinks. I wonder where this scene was going to be put, It might have been interesting, I'll try to put the trailer on the download section for you all to enjoy that deleted scene, I'll tell you if I find it.
It would have been good to see Archie's video "Sugar" on the dvd on the special features, I saw the video quite some time ago and it was cool, it "combined"(I mean you could see both) cartoon scenes with clips from the movie

Academy Awards Extravaganza!!

First of all, I'm extremely glad to inform that American Beauty won 5 from the 8 nominations it had on the Oscar, it won for:
Best Picture, Best Director: Sam Mendes, Best Actor: Kevin Spacey, Best Screen Play: Alan Ball and Best Cinematography: Conrad Hall. Practically, ALL THE IMPORTANT AWARDS!!! TOO BAD ANNETTE BENING DIDN'T WIN BEST ACTRESS:(
I hope you all didn't miss Thora's appearance presenting the award for BEST SHORT SUBJECT DOCUMENTARY, along with Mena Suvari and Wes Bentley(American Beauty co-stars). Thora was wearing a flower dress and sort of a silver jacket or blouse(I don't know exactly). She still has black hair.
Thora talked with Joan Rivers on the E! ENTERTAINMENT OSCAR COUNTDOWN, Thora attended the Oscars with Terry Zwigoff,the director of her next movie GHOST WORLD.
Also, something very important regarding the E! COUNTDOWN is that Joan asked Sam Mendes what the other AMERICAN BEAUTY ending was, and guess what? The original ending was that Jane(Thora) and Wes Bentley(what was his characters name??)got convicted and went to jail and Mena Suvari became a movie star(he said the last thing sorta joking).
Thora was spotted some times with the camera at the Oscars, always kinda laughing or happy about her movie winning.
Well that's it for Oscar EXTRAVAGANZA!! I hope you saw Thora, she looked amazing!!!!!

Coming Soon To A Theatre Near You
A dark tale of three rebellious teen-age girls at boarding school and their ill-fated attempt to even the score in the battle of the sexes. First time director Christina Peters explores the potential for disaster that the insecurities and frustrations high school life can promote. The film identifies acts of violence as empty solutions to the problems of America�s youth. Jefferson (Dominique Swain), Karen (Busy Philipps), and Lisa (Keri-Lynn Pratt) are an angsty trio of seventeen year-old misfits living in the straight-laced microcosm of middle-American boarding school. The girls team together as they encounter the emotional confusion of teen-age sexuality. They decide to get back at their manipulative suitors by brandishing a .44 caliber and raping them.

Synopsis
On Spring Break, the girls: Jefferson (Dominique Swain), Karen (Busy Phillips), and Lisa (Keri-Lynn Pratt) are roped in on a dare to play a dangerous game of Russian Roulette suggested by Jefferson�s kid sister Lincoln (Thora Birch). From this the girls plot a very nasty prank in revenge on their boyfriends in hopes of instilling the same feelings of powerlessness and humiliation they themselves have felt.
