Love Eternal
This story takes place ten years after I Wanna Love you Forever. It is about the attempt of Methos and Helen to rekindle their love affair.
Helen of Athens had been in Holy Trinity Monastery for ten years. She could no longer delay taking final vows. It was time for her to move on.
She thought long and hard about where to go from here. She remebered the last time she saw Methos. He had forgiven the unforgivable, which was more than she could have hoped for. She wanted desperately to see him again, but she did not want to feel like she was trying to force her way back into his life, so she went back to the place where it all had began for her, the city of Athens.
She got herself an apartment right away, and decided to go back to her favorite profession in this lifetime. She was going to be a fashion designer.
In Vancouver, she had really made a name for herself as Elaine Davis, the fashion designer. This time, she was going to be Helena Cassadine, leader of H. Cassadine industries. It was her hope that hiring others to produce her line of clothing and letting them get the fame and fortune would keep her from being noticed too much, considering it had only been ten years since she had been Elaine Davis, and she did not want to catch the attention of someone who may have known her then. She had to be extremely careful to avoid having anyone discover she had simply taken another name and identity.
One night she was working late when she sensed the presense of another immortal.
"Not now." She said as she went to her closet, grabbed her sword and went out the back door to greet her visitor. She could see his dark silhouette off in the distance, but did not know who he was.
"Show yourself!" She demanded with some irritation. He stepped out of the shadows into the light.
Her jaw dropped in utter suprise when she saw who he was. "Methos!"
"Hello my love," He said. "That's not meant for me I hope?"
She sheathed her sword. "It's good to see you, Old Man."
"Would you like to have dinner, my treat?" He said.
        "I thought you'd never ask."
