| This is me, Nicholas Joseph Bilka IV, a mere boy of 22 years of age, enjoying a cold irish beer, (though I prefer Czech) talking to a friend, and living the undiscovered life here in the Capital of the free world. More recently than I care to recall, I graduated from one of top ten schools (alphabetically) in the country (American University) with an ever so useless degree in International Affairs. The ruminations on Politics and International Affairs found on this little webpage of mine are the product of that priveliged education. As Winston Churchill said of his education at American University, "Never have so few, paid so much, for so little" So be it.
