[Raising Fear by Armored Saint hits the speakers.  The crowd begins to cheer.  Nic Totopoulous emerges from out behind the curtain.  He steps out to the top of the ramp and waits momentarily.  He is wearing his regular ring attire.  Then he proceeds to make his way down to the ring.
 

 

He climbs up the stairs and into the ring.  He walks over to the ring announcer who hands him a microphone.  He walks to the middle of the ring.  The sold out UWA audience is not silent.  Totopoulous puts the microphone to his mouth and begins to address the crowd, his new found fans.]

What a week this has been.  I get a big win last Thursday to keep my winning streak alive against Golden Boy and Jason Jet.  I did exactly what I set out to do.  I said I would win this match, and that's exactly what I did.  Then I hear that I am the number one contender for the Television Championship title.  Well I figure that I've only been around for a month and I need to pay my dues, so I won't say anything.  I'll just keep to myself and keep beating the other new guys.  Then the T.V. champ comes out and challenges me.  He offers me a free shot at his title at International Disaster.  What do I do?  Well, I go to the boss and ask if this can be a match.  I ask if I am ready for this title shot.  I ask if the fans respond to me, recognize me and believe in me enough to get this title shot.  What does he say?  He says, "Look, you are one hell of a talent, and it seems as if the fans are taking somewhat of a liking to you.  Now every now and then I've got to take a chance, and this seems like a good one.  Yes, you can have your title shot."  I'm thinking that this is the greatest thing to happen since I joined the UWA.  I now have a title shot, and I've only been here for a few weeks.  Well don't worry, I won't let you down.

Now on to more upcoming events.  This Thursday I have the honour (ha, yes this is the Canadian way of spelling it) of teaming up with the number one guy in the business.  The UWA World Heavyweight Champion, Michael Edwards.  Now I don't really know him very well, but what I do know is that he is most certainly the best in the business.  He is deserving of that championship belt.  He seems to have some confidence in me too.  He's seen me, he knows that I'm no slouch, now I get the chance to really prove it in a match against a couple of guys who aren't any rinky dink bottom feeding wrestlers.  Don't worry Michael, I won't let you down.

Now as for these two top notch athletes.  I don't know much about them.  I know that XKalibur is a force to be reconned with.  What is he, the number one contender, two maybe?  That's impressive, but what I'm looking for here is an upset.  I'm looking for a certain young up and comer to get the pin fall here.  That person being me.  I expect to beat XKal as he likes to be called.  I expect to nail him with the vertibreaker, and then as he stairs at the heavens, a nice little one, two, three count as I gain the victory.  It will be a sweet victory for me.

As for his partner Alex Mideon.  He too is newbe to UWA.  I know nothing about him other than I want to beat him.  I want to pound him into the ground.  He will never again see the light of day when I'm finished with him.  Well, maybe he will, but only when the swelling of his two black eyes goes down.  That's right, two fists to the face.  You will be in pain.  I'll slam your head from pillar to post as they like to say.  I will get the victory.

Watch out folks, I am the tickin' time bomb of destruction.  I am the clock that ticks.  I am he beating of your heart, or is it that I'm going to beat down on your heart?  Whatever.  I'm going to win.  I'll see you guys, in the ring.

[The lights dim.  Raising Fear by Armored Saint htis the speakers.  Nic Totopoulous drops the microphone.  He climbs through the ropes, down the stairs and out of the ring.
 

 

Totopoulous makes his way up the ramp as the fans cheer him.  He walks through the curtains and backstage.  The house lights come back on, the music stops and the show continues.]
