Last Sunday night after the UWA Sex and Violence Pay Per View at 12:23 am Monday morning on a local Toronto radio show called Live Audio Wrestling on Mojo Radio AM 640...

[Stone Cold Crazy by Motorhead is being played.  Then a Paul Heyman liner begins over top of the the music.]

This is Paul Heyman the owner of ECW.  We break all the rules, and you're listening to the LAW!

[As the music continues Jeff Marek begins to speak over top of the music, and just as the music begins to fade.]

Jeff Marek - And we're back on the LAW, Live Audio Wrestling.  Just as we promised we have a special interview with the former UWA U.S. Champion, and a man from just next door in Mississauga, Nic Totopoulous.  He is live backstage at the Pay Per View.  Hey Nic, how's it going?

Nic Totopoulous - Not bad Jeff, not nad at all.  I''m a little sore after the match, but hey, it's all part of the business right?

Yes it is.  Now Dan and I have a few questions for you about what unfolded tonight at Sex and Violence.

Alright then, fire away.

Well, we've been talking throughout the show and with our listeners about a few things that went on during the show.  One thing in preticular is the cage match you had against T-Money.  Now this was a tremendous match.  Definately a match of the year candidate.

Well thank you.

But we were a little confused about the ending.  When we did our predictions about who was going to win the matches, we were certain that you would hold onto the belt.  We thought that it would be best for the company if you remained champion.  It would help the strength of the title to have a strong character holding the belt for a long time.  Sort of like what you did with the TV title.

Well, I have hoping for the same thing.  I thought that I could help this title if I were to hold onto it for a longer amount of time.  But there's nothing I can do.  I just do what they tell me.

Dan Lovranski - Well we thought that having a new facee in the mix was a good thing, and we thought that your face was new enough.  I don't believe that he is ready to hold a title like the U.S. Title.

Well, there is nothing I can do.

Well they talk about politics in wrestling, and we are pretty sure, we being the two of us, the callers and Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer, are not so sure that T-Money is ready for this shot.  He is pretty green to the UWA style, and we thought that this would be a great chance to prime you for becoming a main eventer.

Well, and much as I'd love to be in the main event, I don't believe that I am ready just yet.  I thought though that this title reign with the U.S. Title would be a great confidence booster, and would propel me into the main event picture.

But we think you have that glass ceiling over your head.  We think that there are certain wrestlers that have influence, and aren't letting you move up the roster.

Well, this might be true.  There are a few people backstage that are telling me that they are afraid that I'm going to take their spotlight.  They are afraid I might sneak through the cracks and really get over.

But this company isn't going to go anywhere unless they develop the new talent and let people like yourself get over.

Well T-Money is new, and he is the champion.

But you are still a familiar face, and are ready for a big push into the World Title scene.  Speaking of moving into the World Title scene, I see a new invasion angle, and I just see you getting lost in the mix amongst the TNT elite.  We have Shadow who is a UWA legend, and then there is the current World Champion Reverend Snow.

Well, Rev. wasn't really in TNT, but he is a great competitor.  As is Shadow.  Now Shadow and I are good friends and I don't mind working side by side with him.  I am actually looking forward to it.  We've never worked together like this, so it should be fun.  As for Rev. Snow, we aren't good friends, but we are friends, and we are friendly backstage.  I've seen him wrestle, and I'd actually like to be on the other side of the ring with him.  I would like to do a program with him, but hey, what can I do.  I'm paired up with whoever they give me.

Well, I hope things work out for you.  Maybe this title will help T-Money, but I still think it was a mistake taking this away from you.  Moving on to this TNT Wrestling invasion angle.  I really don't like the idea.  We've seen invasion angles in the past, and we've seen how they've suffered, and even hurt the company.  Do you think that this one will pan out?

Well I sure hope so.  I am a proud member of TNT Wrestling, and I can't wait to see what the future holds.  Right now no decisions have been made about what part I'm going to play in this angle, but I think it's going to work out alright.

I'm still sceptical, but I hope it works out for you, you are a great wrestler and deserve better than what you are getting.

Well thank you.

I hope to talk to you soon.

Ya, I can't wait for the next time.

No problem guys.

That was Nic Totopoulous from the UWA, their former, but should be United States Champion.  We'll be right back.

Brrrrrrrrrrooooooooottttttthhhhhhheeeeeeeerrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!!!

[Raising Fear by Armored Saint begins to play in the backgroud.  Then a Nic Totopoulous liner begins.]

This is Nic Totopoulous from the UWA, and you are listening to the LAW.  If you don't, then I'll see you in the ring!

[The music fades as they go to commercial.]
