[Kick Start my Heart by Motley Crue hits the speakers.  The sold out TNT Wrestling arena jumps to their feet to catch a glimpse of the man that is about to make his way down to the ring.  They all begin to boo as Nic Totopoulous walks out from behind the curtain and out onto the stage.  He stops for a moment with a sinister grin on his face as he looks out into the sea of faces.  He is dressed in his regular wrestling attire, red tights, black boots, black elbow pad, black tape around his wrists, and his long blonde hair tied back.  He then proceeds to walk down the ramp toward the ring.  He walks around the side of the ring.  He climbs up onto the apron and walks across it.  He turns and looks at the crowd.  He arrogantly puts his arms in the air.

He then climbs through the ropes and into the ring.  The ring announcer hands him a microphone before he exits the ring.  The music stops.  Nic Totopoulous puts the microphone to his mouth, and begins to address the TNT Wrestling fans in attendance tonight.]

I think that tonight should be a night of honesty.  Tonight should be a night where I speak to the thousands of you in attendance, and I will speak honestly and candidly.  I know that in the past I have not exactly spoken honestly.  I know that in the past I have not exactly been humble.  I have quite often been arrogant and self-centred as a matter of fact.  Mind you, it's my being arrogant and self-centred that has allowed me to get where I am today.  A lot of people will say that fame has not changed them.  A lot of people will say that they don't have a swelled head.  People will say they are down to earth, that they are giving, that they are the same as they were all those years ago.  Well, that simply is not true.  Fame changes everyone a little bit.  Don't get me wrong, before I became famous, before I was known as the best wrestler in the world, I was still cocky, I was still arrogant, I was still a jerk.  I would have to say that fame has gotten to my head, and it has to.  If you don't get full of yourself, if you don't believe that you can beat anyone on any given night, if you don't believe that you are the best, then you won't be.  You won't be able to reach your highest potential, you won't be able to become everything you want to become.  That's why I am the best in the world.  It is simply because I believe in myself, I believe that I am the best.  Excuse me, let me rephrase that.  I know that I am the best in the world.  It's not because I'm arrogant or cocky, it's because I'm confident in myself and in my ability to win.  The only difference between myself and everybody else is that I tell everyone how good I am, and why shouldn't I?  Everybody needs to know how good I am, everybody needs to know that I can beat them.  They need to know that I am better smarter, stronger, more athletic, more agile, and just over all better than them.  I'm not cocky if I can back it up, and I can.  If I can back it up, it's called honesty, not cockiness.

[Totopoulous takes a short stroll around the ring.]

Now I know that over this past month that I haven't been at my best.  I have been in a bit of a slump.  Ever since the Pay Per View, I have not been on top of my game, and that is something I can admit.  It's called a slump.  But slumps are okay, especially when they are in between title defenses.  I can lose all the matches I want as long as when the title is on the line, as long as when everything I've worked for my entire is on the line, I am able to show up for the big game and win.  That's the difference between the true champions and the pretenders.  The true champions are able to show up for a match when everything is at stake, and do what it takes to win the match.  That is what I am all about.  I don't really care about losing to Mark Vincent, I don't care about losing to Fly.  I don't care about losing to both Fly and Banger at the same time.  All I know is that when I need to show up for the big game, I will be there.  I'll be there at my best, one hundred percent.

Speaking of my match last Sunday night on Mayhem against both Bryan Banger and Jonny Fly.  I know that I was unable to succeed against those two.  They certainly were too much for me to handle.  But I nearly did handle them.  Let's face it.  I hit Fly with the Diamond Dust, he was out of it.  Banger knew it was over, so he had to break up the count.  If it had been a one on one confrontation, I know as well as he does that I would have won the match, I would be the Undisputed TNT Wrestling World Heavyweight Champion.  I would be able to carry my belt down to the ring without any worry that, that crazed lunatic would be out there to get me.  I know what he wants, he wants my title.  He wants the title that is rightfully, mine.  He would do anything to take it away from me.  I can't risk bringing it down to the ring with me.  I can't even tell him where it is.  If it was at my home, he would break into my house and try to take it.  He would probably take my TV at the same time.  He's a rabid animal, and he needs to be put down.  That is exactly what I plan to do on Sunday night.  I plan on ending any chances he thinks he might have at beating me.  I plan on crushing any dreams he might have about taking away my World Heavyweight Title belt.  He will regret ever challenging me for the title.  His harsh words will catch up to him on Sunday.

[Totopoulous takes a few more steps around the ring before continuing.]

Now about this little thing called The Dynasty.  They are a group of renegades that must be stopped.  All they do is cause trouble in TNT Wrestling.  They have Gravedigger leading the way.  We have had a number of confrontations, and we have been friends.  I know the kind of power he wields backstage.  He is Shadow and Marcel's right hand man.  I know exactly what he is all about, and I'm not afraid of him.  Gravedigger is the first ever man to hold both the UWA and TNT Wrestling World Championships at some point in their careers.  Mind you I was the second, but that's beside the point.  Therefore I know that he is also a very formidable opponent in the ring as well.  I know that he can hold his own against he best of them, but I'm not afraid of that either.  He is a very important of this group they have going on there.  He is the one that leads all the others.  He is like the master, and the rest of them are like his puppets.  He pulls the strings in their careers.  There is no way that Jonny Fly would be even close to a World Title match if Digger wasn't behind him.  Now I'm not going to say he isn't worthy, because he is.  I simply don't think he would have made it this quickly.  Gravedigger will do great things for both mark Vincent and Bryan Banger as well.  Simply put, Gravedigger is clearly the leader of this group, and Gravedigger is the one who will be able to make or break any of their careers.  That is the difference between myself and the three members of The Dynasty.  Back in the UWA, Gravedigger was the man that I looked up to when I needed advice, when I needed someone to follow.  He helped guide me, but I didn't need his guidance.  I didn't depend of him the way The Dynasty does.  In the UWA Digger had no stroke backstage.  He couldn't net me up in big time matches.  Digger can do that for those guys.  In fact, people were telling me that I was just starting to pick up some steam and that he was holding me back.  I had great things in my future, and I couldn't get there if Digger was in the way.  With The Dynasty, Digger isn't holding them back, he is holding them afloat.  He is getting them where they want to get.  I have the will power to do it on my own, and I will just like I always do.

Let's take a look at the rest of them though.  Let's take a look at Bryan Banger.  This guy is just a kid.  He's got all the potential in the world, all the skills he needs to reach the top, but he's just a kid.  There is no way that he should have been able to get into the ring with someone such as myself.  There is no way that he should have been able to be pushed this fast.  He has no right getting the chances he's getting.  When I first started I had to work my way up the roster, up the totem pole.  I had the skill to take it all the way, to be the best, but I wa patient and I paid my dues.  These days everyone starts at the top, and it makes no sense.  What ever happened to loyalty?  There are people who deserve to get the chances that these young guns are getting, but they aren't getting that chance.  It makes me sick to see the way this industry is going.  The people that have given their bodies, and paid their dues deserve the chances more than anyone else.  Take a look at myself.

[Totopoulous raises his arms to a negative reaction of the sold out audience.]

I am the last of a great generation.  The generation where we worked for what he got and it wasn't handed to us on a silver platter.  I worked through the schools, through all the small companies to get to the pinnacle of professional wrestling.  I am of a dying breed, a breed that appreciates history.  I watched Minds Eye, I watched Joker, I watched Death, I watched Venom, I watched Blader Skum.  I learned from them, and was even given the opportunity to wrestle with a couple of them.  These young wrestlers don't have any respect for them.  They don't have any respect for me, and neither do you fans.  All you want is flash and dash, you want the quickest and shortest satisfaction.  It won't last, it never does.  It's the wrestlers that learn and study their craft that are around and on top forever.  I have mastered my craft as a professional wrestler.  I have learned to wrestle any style in any kind of match.  I am what wrestling is all about, and I have what all you fans should be all about.

Let me move on to talk about Mark Vincent though.  Now here is a guy that also has what it takes.  He is also one of those guys that is the treat of the week.  He has no staying power.  He won't be able to continue a long and successful career like mine.  He'll fizzle out like the rest of this generation.  Then ten years down the line from hear, we will see one man standing, one man remaining in this wild and crazy world of pro wrestling.  That man will be me.  I'll be standing alone as the World Champion.  That's right, alone on top of the mountain because no flavours of the month will be able to knock me off.  Not Fly, not Vincent, not Banger.  I might have a few lapses, but in the end I will be victorious, I will be the best, and I will prove why on Sunday night against Jonny Fly.

Yes Jonny Fly, I know you're anxious about becoming the World Champion, by yourself.  I know you want to be recognized as the best in the world.  This is your chance buddy.  This is your chance to shine.  We will be standing in the ring with the belt being hung high above us.  One of us will have to climb a ladder that will be sitting outside the ring.  One of us will have to climb it and grab what we both want so bad, but what I need so bad.  That belt is the only thing that matters in my life.  That belt is the only thing that matters because it is my life.  I live for it.  I know it may not be healthy, but it's true, and it's the only thing that keeps me going.  If I didn't have that belt, I don't know what I'd do.  Jonny Fly, be prepared to for the worst, because the worst is coming for you!  I'll see you in the ring!

Now when I finally beat Fly and prove that I am the best, I will have to defend my title.  Gravedigger, I want you to be my first opponent for the title.  We have a lot of unfinished business Digger.  We go way back, and we have left a few things unresolved, so let's resolve them.  The Mayhem after the PPV, me against you, in a battle for the ages, for the World Championship.  What do you say Digger?  Will you bring Blader Skum out of the closet for one last match?  Blader, I want you.  I don't want Gravedigger, I don't want Eric, I want Blader Skum.  I want the man that helped me when I first started, and I want the man that wants to crush my star because he is shining brighter than his ever has.  Lace up the boots one more time Blader.  I'll look forward to it!

[Kick Start my Heart by Motley Cure hits the speakers.  Nic Totopoulous drops the microphone.  The crowd is booing, but is also in surprise of the challenge that has been laid for the retired Gravedigger.  Totopoulous walks through the ropes, down the steps and out of the ring.  He walks back up the ramp, through the curtains and backstage.  The music stops and the show continues.]
