[Kick Start my Heart by Motley Crue hits the speakers.  The sold out TNT Wrestling crowd jumps to their feet and they begin to cheer.  Then Nic Totopoulous comes out from behind the curtain to the top of the ramp.  He stands there for a moment before proceeding to walk down the ramp toward the ring.

He has a look of intensity on his face as he walks around the ring giving high fives to the fans at ringside.  He then walks up the steps, through the ropes and into the ring.  He walks over to the ring announcer who hands him his microphone.  The ring announcer exits the ring as Totopoulous walks to the middle of it.  The music stops as he puts the microphone to his mouth.  The fans stop cheering and he begins to address the thousands of fans in attendance.]

Last weekend was a tough weekend for me.  I went out into a triple threat match with two of the best that TNT Wrestling has to offer.  I was in the ring with Mirror.  I remember Mirror form back in the UWA.  Back in the UWA for a time he was the most dominant force there.  He was the man to beat.  Everyone wanted to get into the ring with him, and everyone wanted to beat him.  He was a UWA World Champion, and he beat everyone there was to beat there.  He is a man that I respect and admire.  He wants to see the demise of The Unforgettable Power just as I do.  He despises The Unforgettable Power just as I do.  Since we both have the same ideas in mind, I am proud to call him a friend of mine.  Last Sunday night during the match I know that we may not have appeared to be on the same page, but that is out of respect for each other.  If we did not give one hundred percent to win the match, we would be insulting each other, and we would be disrespecting each other.  Not only that, but it's a lousy show for the fans to watch.  We both wanted to win that match, we both wanted to get our shot at the champion, so we did what we could to win.  Unfortunately though, neither of us came up victorious.  Unfortunately because of underhandedness, White Thunder managed to gain a victory.

Although I guess when you look at it objectively, it was abiding by the rules.  The match was no disqulification, so Sean Segrada coming into the ring and hitting me with the belt was within the rules.  So maybe it was just me.  Maybe I was just the one that wasn't ready for the match.  Maybe I should have been ready for Segrada to get involved with the match.  Or maybe it was just White Thunder's smart thinking.  I have to give him credit.  He got ready all week for this match.  He trained, he got a plan, and he executed the plan to perfection.  He cost me the match, and he got the pin over me.  I'm certain that is what he wanted to do.  He wanted to further embarass me.  Well everyone knows what really went down.  Everyone knows that had the match simply remained between the three of us, that I would have gotten the victory.  I would have been able to pull it off.  There is no question in my mind that I would have been able to get the win.

Then last week as well.  Michael Edwards went through a war with Sean Segrada in a steel cage.  It was one hell of a brutal match that ended without a winner.  But after a battle like that, neither one of those men would be winners.  Both men gave it their all.  What makes me sick is the attack against Mike after the match.  It's things like that that really take the joy out of wrestling.  Edwards is a tremendous competitor, and to try and take this away from him like that is digusting.  I'm just glad that Mirror and I were able to make it to the ring in time.

But I would like to put that behind me.  I don't want to even think about last Sunday night anymore.  It is in the past, and that is where it will stay.  Right now I want to focus on this Sunday night.  I want to focus on Mirror and Nic Totopoulous versus Sean Segrada and Aussie Wonder.  This tag match will be one for the ages.  Mirror and Nic Totopoulous, both men have done it all in professional wrestling.  We have both be at the top and the bottom of the sport.  We know how to get to the top, and that is where we are headed.  I have already been there here in TNT, and Mirror has a rocket attached to his back and is on his way there right now.  There is no one that will stop him, and I will certainly do what I can to help get him there.

Now Sean Segrada earlier this week had a few things to say about me, many of them not very complimentary.  He seems to think that I am some kind of old man who can no longer compete with the best in TNT anymore.  Well you are wrong Segrada.  You think that there is a new wave in TNT Wrestling?  You think that the new wrestlers are better than before?  Well I have news for you, they aren't.  They are the same as they've always been.  They all want the same thing, and they all take the same paths to get there.  They do whatever they can no matter what the cost to get the gold, to get the big pay day, to get the winner's cheques.  It's all the same.  You are the same as everyone that came before you Segrada.  You are no better and no worse.

Wait!  Hold on a minute here!

[Totopoulous looks down the ramp at the entrance.  His friend from backstage is walking down to the ring with a purpose.]

Listen Nic don't go anywhere.  I'm coming to the ring.

What the hell are you doing?  This is my time.  I told you I'd talk to you after.

[This man gets into the ring and confronts Totopoulous.]

All right listen this is what I want you to do Nic.  Stop kissing everyone's ass!  You are making me want to puke.  I mean it's great to show respect to your opponents, but let's remember that they are your opponents.  Let's remember that last week Mirror was doing what he could to take away your chance to get another title shot.

It was out of respect.

That's a load of crap.  It was because he wanted you to lose.  He doesn't care about you Nic.  Why should he?  He's just like everyone else.  He will use you to get ahead in wrestling.  Mirror is a good wrestler, but he isn't as good as you make him sound.  You make him sound like a god for Christ's sake.  You make me sick!  Come on Nic.  Do you remember before?  You went out to the ring for one reason, and that was to win.  Now you're out to make friends along the way.  The friends you make wrestling will do nothing but stab you in the back.  Look at Gravedigger.  What did he do?  You thought you two were great friends, now look at you, you're pathetic.  He stabbed you in the back and you did nothing about it.  Now it's too late.

Hey, that's a different situation.  I knew what he was capable of.

Well of course now you do.  Before you were clueless.  You were lost.  And White Thunder.  Sure he's the World Champion, but really, is he that great?  Is he really better than you?  You give these guys too much respect going into the match.  So much in fact that you don't think you can win.  Then when you lose, you use that as an excuse.  It's no excuse Nic.  There is no excuse for losing, no matter what the circumstances.

There can be extreme circumstances.

Stop making excuses for yourself.  Be a man.  Admit that you stink.  Admit you aren't as good as you thought.  Segrada is right.  A new wave of wrestlers has come into TNT Wrestling, and you are being left behind.  They will do whatever they can to win, and you're worried about honour or some crap.  Don't worry about hurting anyone's feeling's just win the damn match!

And as for Edwards, that's all I ever hear about.  How great he is, how wonderful he is.  That's all I ever hear from you.  When am I going to hear that you can beat him, that you will beat him, that he is trying to steal your thunder?

He isn't trying to steal my thunder.

He may not be trying to, but he is.  He is making you look foolish.  Stand up for yourself.  Don't let him dethrone you as the top guy in TNT.  You've already almost let White Thunder do it.  Start doing things for yourself.

Listen all right.  You don't understand this business.  Respect does exist.  Mike and I respect each other, and sure he's trying to be the best, but he won't do it at my expense.  I know him too well.

And you knew Digger too well too.

That is different.  You know what.  I don't need to put up with this.  I'm leaving, and you're coming with me.

Good, because we aren't finished.

You're damn right we aren't.  We'll finish this backstage.

Good.

[Kick Start my Heart begins to play.  The crowd stirs as both men drop their microphones.  They climbs out of the ring and walk up the ramp and head backstage.  They argue the entire way up the ramp.  The scene fades to black.]
