[Venom is wandering around backstage. He appears to be very intense, and ready for action. Unfortunately he will have to hold off his anger until Burn. His anxiety to become Hardcore Champion is almost unbearable. He sees the camera following him, and stops to say a few words.]
Rampage, you had quite a few things to say. Some of which were true, and some that are the complete opposite. First, lets talk about the things that are true. Let's start with the fact that you didn't run off, and you had better things to do. That's fine, like I said, I didn't know what happened. Quite frankly, I couldn't care less either. Next, I did tell you to shine that belt up, but I didn't say real nice. The reason I didn't say real nice is because if you don't finish shining it up, that's okay, I'll finish it up after I beat you for it. Now, when you do shine it, make sure you kiss it goodbye first, and that you're wearing gloves when you handle it. I don't need you're grimy little hands all over it. Now you say that you are oh so dangerous with a weapon. Well, thank you the information but if you listened to anything I said, I clearly already knew that. And you say that a match against you isn't a walk in the park? Okay, but what if it's late at night and you're all alone walking through a park, and there is a gang there with knives that want to steal your wallet and then stab you to death, would be be similar to a match against you? Now, you say that you're not part of the Brotherhood of Pain. Well that's spectacular news, because now I know not to hold anything back. This gives me even more incentive to kick your ass!
Now, for things that are not true. You say I'm not a problem. Well, I clearly am because I want your Hardcore Championship, and I have the skill, the will and the desire to beat you. How is that not a problem? You say I want my ass kicked? Come on, are you stupid, who really wants their ass kicked? Come on really, I have trouble believing that you are that stupid. And if you are, I'll just say something like, "Look, it's Superman!" You'll look away and I'll roll you up for the pin. Damn, I gave away my game plan. Oh well, you're so dumb you'll probably forget anyway. You say that I can bring down all I want, all you need is a crowbar. I am certain that I can think of something to bring down to the ring, that will kick the crap out of your stupid little crowbar. You also say you aren't going to take me seriously. Listen to me carefully, this is important, that could be the biggest mistake you will ever make. Like I said before, I will be taking you seriously, and that will be give me all the edge I need to beat you.
Rampage, you just don't understand something, I'm better than you. I will beat you down until you will wish you were dead. I will cut you open and spill your blood all over the ring canvas. Puddles of your blood will be all over the mat. This will be your toughest challenge, I hope you're ready. That hardcore belt is all I've got on my mind. I have watched some of your old matches on tape, and I know what you're all about. I've only had a few matches, so there is not too much to go by for you Rampage. Rampage, I hope you're ready for the beating of your life. Just as quick as you won that Hardcore Championship, this Thursday on Burn, you will lost it. Prepare to burn in HELL!!!!
