PSYCHO'S COMMENTARY |
February 1st, 2001 Hello Everyone! I've got lots to talk about this week, so let's get right into it. Another AWF wrestler was injured, when on Friday, Troll suffered a mild concussion and a pinched nerve in his neck. He only rested for five days before returning to the ring last night. I hope he isn't returning too soon, but he's tough so I think he'll be ok. I'll be doing an interview this week for TalkWrestlingOnline.com The interview should be up next week, so you should check out their site and keep an eye out for my interview with them. Well, the word going around now is that I'll probably be having my first pro match on March 13th. I'm not sure where yet though. The AWF will probably be running shows every day in March starting with March 13th. Although, I'm not sure if we'll be going to Wyoming as planned now. I've been hearing Utah and Arizona, but until we get closer to those dates I won't know for sure. My Movie Of The Week is "The Bone Collector" with Denzel Washington. I was a little dissapointed with the ending, but the movie in general was pretty good. It was also the only movie I had time to watch this past week. My Match Of The Week is Jamie Knoble vs. Shannon Moore vs. Elix Skipper vs. Yang from WCW Nitro. Nothing else could beat it for match quality this week, although Shane Helms vs. Kidman from WCW Thunder came very close, so I'll give honorable mention to it. For all that WCW does wrong, the cruiserweight matches are not one of their problems. Let's hope the cruiserweights continue to get a good portion of TV time in WCW. I put alot of pressure on myself to be a good role model and to portray myself in a positive light to you fans. That doesn't mean that I am putting on an act for you though. My wrestling character may be completely different than who I really am, but I want to let you know that outside of the ring I'm as real as it gets. It's hard when you know that if you make a mistake in your life or say something wrong, that it will have an effect on so many people. I appreciate the support I get from all of you and I would never want to lose that. If I'm having a bad day, just hearing from you guys makes me feel better. So thank you for being my fans, but more importantly, thank you for being my friends. I hope I connect with you the way that you connect with me. Laterz. -Psycho |
