PSYCHO'S COMMENTARY
Home
                             June 28th, 2002

Hello Everyone. I have quite a bit to talk about, but before I do, I want to say that next week there will be no commentary due to me being on the road doing shows way out of town. I'll be back with a new commentary on July 12th. Just because there won't be a commentary until July 12th though doesn't mean that somewhere between now and then you won't see some updates to my site. So keep checking for any updates that are non-commentary related.

I heard that this week's NWA:TNA ppv was actually pretty good. I haven't been watching them but I heard that the X Title Main Event was off the charts. I didn't see it though so even if it was a great match, I won't be listing it as my Match Of The Week this week. Unless I were to check out a replay of the ppv before Sunday, but I don't see that happening. I might have to do that in the future though if they keep putting on great matches. We'll see.

Apparently, Chris Jericho got a bit upset at people being negative towards his match at King Of The Ring this past Sunday against Rob Van Dam. While I don't think it was his best match ever, I thought it was a darn good match. I think the internet writers are a bit too negative at times. I may be in the minority but I actually enjoyed most of the King Of The Ring. I thought the Women's Title match was one of the best women matches in recent memory. And I thought the Test/Brock Lesnar match was the best match Lesnar has had on WWE television yet. I was disapointed with the Brock Lesnar/Rob Van Dam match, but they made up for it the next night on Raw. I just wanted to say that I can understand where Jericho is coming from. Too many people tear wrestling apart piece by piece trying to find something wrong with it than just sitting back and letting themselves be entertained.

I also want to say that John Cena (aka The Prototype)  had a very good debut on Smackdown this week. It's been over a year since I trained in the ring with him, and it's good to see him on WWE tv now. His match with Kurt Angle was really good.

If you've visited my message board recently you will have seen a post about www.UtahProWrestling.cjb.net. I think it's a great idea, personally. I'm surprised somebody didn't come up with it sooner actually. The site doesn't look like it's up yet, but keep checking for it cause it should be a really interesting site. I know I'll be sure to check it out.

Now this next week I will be wrestling on three big shows for two different promotions. July 3rd and 4th I will be in Cedar City, Utah, for two big Power Omega Wrestling shows. I am competing to be crowned the first ever POW U.S. Champion. I have two goals for those two POW shows. One is to become the first ever POW U.S. Champion. And the other is to get my hands on "Made In Japan" Jason Ray. This is a feud that has been 7 months in the making. It has spanned two different promotions, and FINALLY I will be in the same ring with Jason Ray to settle this score. I hope Storm and, my former tag team partner, Draven don't get in my way of finally shutting up MIJ for good. Two shows I will be in the same building as Jason Ray and you can bet that something BIG is going to happen. The two of us will not be able to co-exist without something BIG happening. Fans, if I were you, I would not want to miss these two shows. Somebody might have to be carried out of the building when the paths of Psycho and "Made In Japan" Jason Ray cross each other.
When I wrestle in Cortez, Colorado, I will be wrestling to become the first ever GWA Cruiserweight Champion. When I next bring you a commentary I hope to be holding two championships from two different wrestling promotions.

We are about half way through the year now, and you know what that means. It's time for me to share with you my picks for my half-year awards.
