| April 15th, 2002 Hello Everyone. The "Legend Of Superfly" show was awesome. It was an awesome event. It was a good show top to bottom. Draven vs. Jimmy "Solo" Snuka Jr. was a very solid match and one of my favorites of the night. I hear they might have a rematch at Power Play on April 27th. I will be looking forward to that if it happens. And then there was Validus & Mike Mondragon vs. Brick Alexander & Marcus Tyler. What can I say about this one? It was a classic. An early candidate for IPW Match Of The Year for 2002, in my opinion. I have new respect for all of these guys after this match. My match with The Assassin was also a very solid match. I didn't end up taking the IPW Heavyweight Title, but it was a very hard fought matchup. It's a great feeling to be on the same show as Jimmy "Superfly" Snuka. Watching Jimmy Snuka dive off the top rope with his legendary "Superfly" splash was an awesome feeling. It was an honor to be on the same show as such a legend. Thank you, Jimmy, for everything. This was the biggest event I've ever had the honor of participating in. I want to also thank the crowd for being so into the show. Thanks to all the fans in Layton, Utah. Last night I also wrestled in Bar Brawl. I actually defeated Purgatory and Grogenstein in a Triple Threat Match. How I did that, I have no idea. I'm just happy to have survived it. Next up is Power Play in two weeks. I am wrestling Hworang. I think it will be a great match. I will close this commentary by giving my Match Of The Week. My Match Of The Week is Chris Jericho vs. Edge from WWF Smackdown. Honorable mention goes to Triple H vs. Kurt Angle also from WWF Smackdown. That's all for this week. See you next week.
