| June 14th, 2001 Hello Everyone! I'm actually getting this up on time this week. Can you believe it? And this week I've got a *Huge* Commentary for you. I'm actually in a good mood this week. That is mostly due to the fact that the L.A. Lakers are one win away from repeating as NBA champions. But enough about that... New pictures should be up any day now. I will have some free time to do that. I will get them up as soon as I can. So don't worry...I'm working on it. My Movie Of The Week is "Almost Famous", starring Patrick Fugit and Kate Hudson. I loved this movie. It's just a great movie. My Match Of The Week is Kurt Angle vs. Chris Benoit in a "Cage Match" from WWF Raw. Absolutely great match. This match, along with Steve Austin's performance on Raw really carried the show. This match just wasn't a great match for Raw. This was a great match, period. This could have been a PPV match and can hold it's own against any other match the two have had together. And how tough is Kurt Angle? I have a whole new respect for him after attempting a moonsault of the top of the cage.....and then he got up and continued the match! And that wasn't the only extremely dangerous spot they did in the match either. You just have to watch this match. Can I possibly praise it enough? Wow. Wait, let me try that again. WOW! That about sums it up. 1Wrestling.com is having a poll on their site for The Greatest Match Of All Time. So I decided I would come up with a list of what are, in my opinion, the 100 Greatest Matches Of All Time. Before I let you all read that list, I would like to go over a few things though before I get e-mailed with complaints. First of all, there are no matches from Raw, Smackdown, Nitro, or Thunder on this list. The reason is simple. I didn't want to go through *every* one of those shows to fairly judge those matches. And it wouldn't be fair to include even 1 of those matches, knowing I didn't review them all. Secondly, if you see that a match you think should be on here isn't on here, it might be because either I haven't seen the match or I don't have it on tape. Thirdly, some matches made my list while some matches that were better didn't, simply because I couldn't leave those matches off of my list in good conscience due to their historical value. And finally, remember one thing. This list is my opinion, and my opinion only. I'm sure that not every one of you will agree with my list. And that's ok.
