| Overseas Alliances for Nurse Recruitment & Training We are now in the process of expanding our services in the 'training and placement' of nurses who wish to embark on a career in North America, UK, & Eire, from India and Nepal; and are currently exploring further opportunities to that effect with other like-minded Organizations overseas. At IPS, we understand the delivery process of intensive training, and are fully conversant with International business procedures. Our understanding of the local environment and experience in educational services is significant. We have extensive contacts in the local medical & nursing communities. Our program essentially works thus: at the outset, we identify prospective employees for you in accordance with prescribed benchmarks. Once you agree on sponsoring your selected candidates from this pool - including bearing of their training costs with us - these personnel will then be trained by us in India to meet the overseas requirements (qualifying exams/ induction programs, etc.); they will also be contracted exclusively with your Organization for their placements overseas.
