There are four Warp Points in the game, each of which will send you two stages forward. Here are the locations.
Warp Point 1: Stage 1, Ragnarok Canyon. Defeat the first two Psyko Pigs as quickly as you can (BattleToad Butt attacks will clear them best), then run to the right and leap onto a ledge. A burst of white dots will mark the warp point. If you make it in, you'll warp to Stage 3.
Warp Point 2: Stage 3, Turbo Tunnel. In the last section of the tunnel, where the Speeder Bikes move extremely fast and you need lightning reflexes to survive, aim your bike for the tenth wall (fifth on the bottom). You'll enter the warp point just before you crash and show up in Stage 5.
Warp Point 3: Stage 4, Ice Cavern. Near the end of the stage you'll find platforms that fall when you stand on them. They rise when you jump off of them. Make the first platform fall halfway down the shaft, then jump to make it ascend. Keep jumping and you should hop into a warp point that will take you to Stage 6.
Warp Point 4: Stage 6, Snake Pit. In the second section of the Snake Pit, climb the first snake to its apex, then run off to the right and try to land on the stone floor. Then you can run right into the last warp point, which will take you straight to Stage 8. From there, you're on your own.
