Zucchini Pie

4 Cups Zucchini peeled, seeded and sliced
1 1/4 Cups white sugar
2 Tbsp flour
1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 1/2 Tbsp cream of tartar
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1 Tbsp butter diced
1 9 inch double pie crust

Boil zucchini until tender, drain and let stand in cold water for 5 minutes then drain
Add sugar, flour, cinnamon, cream of tartar, lemon juice, salt and nutmeg.
Mix together well and put into the pie crust, dot with butter and top with second crust
Bake at 400* for 40-50 Minutes
