Duane Newlin
Mash together in bowl:
1 (40 oz) can sweet potatoes drained
1/4 Cup butter
3 Cups crushed cornflakes
Place in greased baking dish
Pour over balls:
3/4 Cup Real Maple Syrup
Bake at 325* for 40 min.
In last 15 minutes put 1 Marshmallow over each ball
